In early December, winter has begun to settle in the State of Maine. Several Ceremonies will be held outside as the Journey from
Harrington to Arlington begins. Warm clothing is highly advised. Layering your attire will help keep you warm while out in the elements of Mother Nature. Gold Star Mothers are encouraged to wear “Whites” for the Downeast Ceremonies at the Quoddy Lighthouse Sunrise Service in Lubec, & the International Bridge Exchange in Calais, ME., Monday as the Journey begins & Wednesday at the Vietnam War Museum, Ceremonies held at the Pentagon, WWII & Vietnam Wall, National Wreaths Across America Day at Arlington National Cemetery.

Loading and unloading luggage daily from your vehicles & the hotels.
Reservations Bookings and Payment for each Hotel.

Travel arrangements, accommodations & transportation from Arlington National Cemetery for traveling home after the Wreath Laying.
Taxi's, UBER or Metro available from ANC. (Due to Insurance Liabilities WAA vehicles are not permitted to Shuttle Convoy participants to hotel or airport)
Transportation from Portland back to your hometown for those traveling back to Maine on the VIP Gold Star Bus. (must have arrangement for pick up at Bus Terminal)
