  • November 14, 10:00am - Dedication of POW/MIA Memorial on Water Street in Wilmington, beside the Coast Guard station.
  • December 12, 12:00 noon - Wreaths Across America Ceremony and laying of wreaths immediately following at Wilmington National Cemetery on 17th and Market St Wilmington.
